Puppy meet and greet visits
Short, cheerful visits that teach a puppy the salon floor, the table and the dryer before any of it matters.
A puppy's first real groom should be its fourth visit, not its first. Visit one is the courtyard, the salon floor and a treat. Visit two adds the table and the dryer running across the room. Visit three adds warm water and a comb. By the time a proper groom is needed, the whole thing is boring, which is exactly the point. Bookings are short and cheap on purpose so nobody feels they have to make the money back on the day.

How old should my puppy be?
From about twelve weeks, once the vaccination schedule allows. Earlier is better for the handling work.

Does my puppy actually get groomed?
Barely, and that is the point. A comb, a tidy around the eyes and feet, and a lot of praise.

What if my puppy is frightened?
We stop early and you are not charged for the rest. Ruby has spent a whole appointment sitting on the floor with a nervous spaniel and counted it a good morning.
