A free ten-minute chat about the cut, the coat and what is realistic, before anything is booked.
Bring your dog in and Chloe or Priya will go through the coat the way a hairdresser goes through hair before a cut: what it is doing, where it wants to sit, what length is realistic before the next visit. You leave with a written price for the groom that actually suits the coat in front of us, not a number off a wall chart. Most first-time clients book this on a weekday afternoon and the groom for the following week.

Do I need a consult before my first groom?
No, but most people are glad they did it. It takes ten minutes and means the price you are quoted does not change once we have our hands in the coat.

Can you quote me over the phone instead?
We can give you a range by breed and size. A firm price needs a look at the actual coat, because two dogs of the same breed can be an hour apart in work.

What if the coat needs more than I expected?
We will say so plainly, the way a hairdresser tells you your hair cannot do what the photo shows today. Sometimes the honest answer is a shorter cut now and the length grown back properly.
- Wash and blow-dry $68 to $140 A warm bath, a proper rinse and a hand blow-dry, for coats that hold their shape and just need to be clean.
- Brush-out and stand dry $40 to $75 A stand-alone dry and brush for a dog that is clean but has gone fluffy, no bath required.
- Full boutique groom $115 to $265 Wash, dry, clip or scissor finish and hand-finished face and feet, priced by size and coat and shaped to suit the dog on the table.
